Kimono Fashion Show

Have you ever wanted to wear a type of clothing so badly that you’ve decided to just wrap a towel around your body thinking that it could replicate what you wanted and started walking around being all proud and confident? I don’t know about you but my towel used to be my tail, my kimono, my Superman cape and many more weird things you see in the movies!

However, I’ve always wanted to wear a kimono when I was young and when I tell that to everyone, they’ll ask me to marry a Japanese guy! I MEAN THAT CAN NOT BE THE ONLY WAY RIGHT! We could have always buy them right right?! Shoot me please, because after our lunch on the second day, we were bought to a Kimono Factory! LET ME HEAR YOU SCREAM OH-MY-GOD!!  Btw the green bike above, that’s the Japanese courier service. I repeat, courier service! They’re supposed to be fast aren’t they?? *Hint=Bicycle*

When we entered the Kimono manufacturer, there was a stage set up just for the Kimono Fashion Show!!  I WAS SO EXCITED but it was scheduled to start half an hour later so I’ve got time to walk around checking out my future wedding gown yo wth! As I was looking at some kimonos, my dad kept calling me (okay more like shouting YAN, YAN!!) from quite a distance with an excitement in his tone! So I thought ‘HOHOHO MUST BE SOMETHING EXCITING!* *skips to daddy*, then he pointed out those worms to me. :???: These are worms that produces natural silk cotton which turns into little balls of silk cotton and then that lady will magically transform them into a fabric, VOILA!! I don’t know how she have the patience to do that but the equipment she’s using seems hard to be managed!

Walking around looking at pretty Yukatas and Kimonos really takes up a lot of time because the Fashion Show was about to start not long after!

My favourite pieces were the first one in yellow and the forth one in pink with flowers all over it! Both pieces and the models! I think only both of them look really sweet and pretty! KAWAII! LOL, I can’t believe I just said that out loud! Sadly it was time to go right after the show, as we have to get to another city by taking the bullet train!

Could you guess which city am I heading to? HOHOHO this is where all the fun begins!

PS: Can I marry a Japanese guy now so that I could wear these kimonos pretty please???
